Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their respective policies. If you have issues with your subscription, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.

ScanSolve is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. We also have a web version at getscansolve.com where you can type questions directly.
