ScanSolve offers both free and premium subscription plans.

Free Plan: Provides limited access to basic features with daily usage limits.

Premium Plans: Subscription plans that provide unlimited or enhanced access to features. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the App Store/Google Play
• Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Educational Disclaimer: ScanSolve is an educational aid and should not be used as a substitute for proper study, attending classes, or consulting with teachers and tutors. We do not guarantee academic success or specific grades.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanSolve and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Academic consequences resulting from use of the Service
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ScanSolve in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ScanSolve, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:
