Here are the specimens and materials to be provided, as well as important notes: a) Specimens: Specimen A — Cockroach (whole, wet preserved) Specimen B — Egg case of cockroach (placed in a Petri dish) Specimen C — Grasshopper (whole, wet preserved) Specimen D — Boiled maize seeds (10 seeds placed in a Petri dish) Specimen E — Fresh and viable maize seeds (10 seeds placed in a Petri dish) Specimen F — Weevil (freshly obtained and placed in a transparent container) Specimen G — Powdered milk (in a Petri dish) Specimen H — A piece of bread (placed in a Petri dish) Specimen J — Cactus plant (whole) Specimen K — Waterleaf plant (whole) Specimen L — Scapula of a small mammal Specimen M — Humerus of a small mammal Specimen N — Femur of a small mammal NB: (i) All specimens can be provided as group specimens for five (5) to ten (10) candidates.
