A group of at least five members would work together to create an A4-sized poster.

• Content: The poster must clearly explain:
  • What cholera is.
  • How cholera is contracted.
  • The symptoms of cholera.
  • Preventative measures for communities that might be affected.
• Visuals: The poster should include pictures that effectively illustrate the disease and attract community members of different ages to the meeting.
• Format & Submission: The poster must be an A4 size to fit into a portfolio file of evidence and will be submitted to the lecturer for assessment.

The main deliverable for this step is the Cholera Awareness Poster.

Each group member must individually compile and submit an implementation report to the lecturer for assessment.

• Teamwork Account: The report should detail how the group worked together as a team to create the poster.
• Roles: It must include every member's specific role in the project.
• Challenges & Successes: The report should describe any challenges faced by the group and the successes accomplished.
• Sources: It must list all sources of information used for poster creation, such as the internet, books, magazines, and/or the library.

The main deliverable for this step is the Individual Implementation Report.
