Good morning Junaid, i have something that does go well on my side.i really really confused. Im complaining about how the schedulers book me.Yesterday i ask Baarata to booked me at carwash in the morning, she did that. After she also booked me to Hertz after carwash. She put everything on my Calendar. So i realize everything when i check on my calendar that Mutshekwa she also booked me.My question is that Mutshekwa she doesn't see the appointments that Baarata booked me on her calendar???So i got a call from Mutshekwa when im driving to Where Baarata booked me,she said go to AVIS Isando.I said Baarata booked me to hertz, after i ask her that (DID YOU TELL BAARATA ABOUT WHAT U HAVE SAID TO ME?).Im not happy about how Mutshekwa responded to me.There is technician at Avis, but she has power to tell me that ,the technician she struggling with the fortuners. So that means if there is Fortuners at AVIS I will always working there because i have access to the fortuners? There is no technician at hertz i was supposed to be there. So Junaid i think its a right time to find a step so that all technician can have access to work on the fortuners .Thank you Can u write this in a simple way so that manager can understand it,and make it short

Good morning,

I am writing to highlight a recurring issue with scheduling that caused significant confusion and inefficiency yesterday.

Yesterday, Baarata booked me for a carwash in the morning, followed by an appointment at Hertz. These were visible on my calendar. However, Mutshekwa also booked me for AVIS Isando at the same time, seemingly unaware of Baarata's bookings.

While I was driving to the Hertz appointment, Mutshekwa called to redirect me to AVIS, stating that a technician was struggling with Fortuners there and I was needed due to my expertise. This indicates a lack of coordination between schedulers and an over-reliance on a single technician for specific vehicle types.

To prevent future conflicts and improve operational efficiency, I recommend implementing a system where all schedulers have visibility of each other's bookings. Additionally, I suggest cross-training more technicians to handle Fortuners, so that the workload can be distributed and scheduling becomes more flexible.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
