Sub-task 1:
Students must write a report explaining what an IDP is. This report needs to include:

• A description of the IDP.
• Its components.
• The process of the IDP.
• A contextual overview of the municipality they reside in, considering its specific characteristics.

Sub-task 2:
Students are required to:

• Research or analyze their surrounding area to identify and prioritize services needing attention.
• List and explain five (5) selected services that municipalities provide, adhering to services outlined in Schedule 4 Part B & Schedule 5 Part B of the Constitution.
• Conduct research to propose solutions to the identified service delivery challenges.
