Subject: Application for 2014 Vacation Employment Program

Dear Manager Human Capital,

I am writing to express my keen interest in the 2014 Vacation Employment Program offered by PNG Ports Corporation Limited. I understand this initiative provides a valuable opportunity for current students to gain on-the-job skills and experience within a professional work environment.

As a current tertiary student pursuing a [e.g., Business Administration/Technical Studies] program, I meet the essential requirements for this opportunity. I have successfully maintained a minimum of [B/C] grades in my core courses, which are directly relevant to PNGPCL's operations and business needs. I am also a current Grade 12 student.

I am eager to contribute to your organization while developing practical skills and knowledge. I believe that gaining experience with PNGPCL, a premier maritime service company, would be an invaluable step in my professional development.

I am prepared to provide all necessary supporting documents, including an indemnity letter from my parents/guardians and a character reference letter, as required for the program.

Thank you for considering my application. I have attached my resume for your review and welcome the opportunity to discuss my suitability for this program in an interview.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
