Brand of your venture: Define the brand* of your new venture. This includes its name, logo concept, mission, values, and the overall image you want to project to your customers. Legal or safety issues: Identify any specific legal or safety issues* relevant to your chosen premises and venture. Consider regulations related to zoning, health and safety, permits, licenses, accessibility, and environmental impact. Secure resources: Explain how you would secure the resources* needed for your venture. This includes financial resources (e.g., loans, investors, savings), human resources (staffing), physical resources (equipment, inventory), and intellectual resources (patents, trademarks). Operating and communicating system: Describe the type of operating and communicating system* you plan to use.
