1. Some / Any
Some تُستخدم عادةً في الجمل الإيجابية، العروض، والطلبات. Any تُستخدم عادةً في الجمل السلبية والأسئلة.

2. Many / Much
Many تُستخدم مع الأسماء المعدودة (التي يمكن عدها). Much تُستخدم مع الأسماء غير المعدودة (التي لا يمكن عدها).

1. (إيجابي - Many): There are many students in the library today.
2. (سلبي - Many): She doesn't have many close friends.
3. (سؤال - Many): How many apples did you buy?
4. (سلبي - Much): We don't have much time left.
5. (سؤال - Much): How much sugar do you want in your coffee?

3. A lot of / Lots of
A lot of و Lots of يمكن استخدامهما مع كل من الأسماء المعدودة وغير المعدودة، وفي الجمل الإيجابية والسلبية والاستفهامية. وهما أكثر شيوعًا في اللغة اليومية.

1. (إيجابي - A lot of): He has a lot of experience in this field.
2. (إيجابي - Lots of): There are lots of cars on the road today.
3. (سلبي - A lot of): They don't have a lot of money to spend.
4. (سؤال - Lots of): Do you have lots of homework tonight?
5. (إيجابي - A lot of): She drinks a lot of tea every day.
