• Titel van my gedig (Title of my poem): Write the title you want to give your poem.
• Onderwerp / Tema (Subject / Theme): What is your poem about? (e.g., nature, friendship, a specific event).
• Karakter / Spreker (Character / Speaker): Who is speaking in the poem, or who is the poem about?
• Plek (Place): Where does the poem take place?
• Gevoel / Atmosfeer (Feeling / Atmosphere): What mood or emotion do you want to create? (e.g., happy, sad, mysterious).
• Rymwoorde (Rhyming words): List some words that rhyme and that you might use in your poem.
• Klankwoorde (Sound words / Onomatopoeia): List words that imitate sounds (e.g., zoem, krak).
• Aksiewoorde (Action words / Verbs): List strong verbs you can use to make your poem more vivid.
• Boodskap (Message): What message or lesson do you want your poem to convey?

Beplanning van strofes (Planning of stanzas):

• Strofe 1 - Begin (Stanza 1 - Beginning): Plan what will happen or be introduced in the first stanza.
• Strofe 2 - Middel / Aksie (Stanza 2 - Middle / Action): Plan the main events or development of the poem in the second stanza.
• Strofe 3 - Einde (Stanza 3 - End): Plan how the poem will conclude in the third stanza.
