This Study explores the significance of Plato's concept of an ideal state in the context of contemporary governance practices. This research tends to focus on Plato's vision of a just society ruled by philosopher-kings and demonstrate the enduring relevance of his ideas in addressing contemporary challenges. Through a comparative analysis of Plato's ideal state and modern governance models, the study aim to analyze the process of the change of the forms of government in the Plato’s point of view and identify the similarities and qualitative differences between forms of government analyze by the great philosopher and to compare Plato’s and Aristotle’s doctrines that refers to the forms of government .this research highlights the enduring values and principles that can be gleaned from Plato's philosophy to enhance the effectiveness and legitimacy of governance structures today.
