7. Scope of the Study
This study will be geographically limited to the Ikom Educational Zone in Cross River State, Nigeria. Conceptually, it will focus on the relationship between five specific community environmental services (community sanitation, public environmental enlightenment, environmental health, drainage cleaning, waste disposal), residents' attitude, and the resulting level of environmental cleanliness.

8. Methodology (Brief)

• Research Design: A descriptive survey design will be adopted.
• Population: The population will comprise all adult residents within the Ikom Educational Zone.
• Sample and Sampling Technique: A multi-stage sampling technique will be used to select a representative sample of residents.
• Instrumentation: A structured questionnaire will be developed to collect data on community environmental services, residents' attitude, and perceived environmental cleanliness.
• Data Collection: Data will be collected through direct administration of questionnaires to the selected respondents.
