Other factors include dry mouth, infections like postnasal drip, and sometimes even issues with organs such as the liver or kidneys, leading to toxin accumulation. To prevent bad breath, maintaining excellent oral hygiene is crucial. Brush after every meal, floss daily, and use a mouth rinse. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and eat fruits and vegetables. Using a tongue scraper helps. Limit strong-smelling foods and chew sugar-free gum to stimulate saliva. For persistent bad breath, always consult a dentist.
