You have to reach consensus in your group. You will have to present your organogram to the bigger group. The objective of the exercise is to: Demonstrate the ability to work as a team. Demonstrate the ability to manage conflict or differences. Demonstrate the ability to negotiate successfully. Time for activity: 30 minutes. Your Response: Each member of the group must draw a small version of the agreed organogram in the square below. Draw a bigger version on a flipchart to present to the plenary group.
