Duty Officer: I am sorry the O.C.S. is not at the station for now. Could you please identify yourself and state what I can do for you?

You: It's House No. 12, Elm Street, near the junction of Elm Street and Oak Avenue, opposite the community park.

Duty Officer: I will get in touch with the O.C.S. right away and see what we can do about it.
You: Thank you. How soon can you send officers? It sounds very serious.

Duty Officer: No, no, it won't take long. We'll try and be there as soon as we can. Bye for now.
You: Alright, thank you very much. I'll be waiting.
