What is source of energy

The primary source of energy for most life on Earth is the Sun. Solar energy reaches Earth as light and heat. Plants use photosynthesis to convert this light energy into chemical energy in the form of glucose. This chemical energy then flows through the food chain as organisms consume plants or other organisms. Other sources of energy, like fossil fuels (coal, oil, natural gas), are essentially stored solar energy from ancient plants and animals.
