Anatomy and it two main divisions

The two main divisions of anatomy are:

1. Gross Anatomy: This is the study of anatomical structures that can be seen with the naked eye. It includes fields like regional anatomy (studying all structures in a specific body area) and systemic anatomy (studying organs of specific organ systems).

2. Microscopic Anatomy: This is the study of anatomical structures too small to be seen without a microscope. It is further divided into cytology (the study of individual cells) and histology (the study of tissues).
