What is pokoilothermic and homeothermic organism

Poikilothermic organisms have body temperatures that fluctuate with the environment. Their internal temperature is not regulated and changes as the external temperature changes. This is also known as being ectothermic or "cold-blooded."

Homeothermic organisms maintain a stable internal body temperature regardless of external environmental changes. They regulate their internal temperature through metabolic processes. This is also known as being endothermic or "warm-blooded."
