This is Delta connection make it in star connection

The top row of terminals are typically U1, V1, W1. The bottom row are U2, V2, W2. In the current Delta connection, the links connect U1 to W2, V1 to U2, and W1 to V2.

Remove the three existing links. Place a single link across the bottom three terminals (U2, V2, W2) to short them together.

Connect the three incoming power lines to the top three terminals (U1, V1, W1).

The motor is now configured for a Star connection.
