Answer
The finding that levels of anger management, adversity, stress, and quality of work life were all "very high" suggests a complex interplay of factors among the public school teachers studied.
- Anger Management: A very high level indicates that teachers generally possess strong capabilities in regulating and expressing their anger constructively.
- Adversity: A very high level implies that teachers frequently encounter significant challenges, difficulties, or hardships in their professional environment.
- Stress: A very high level means teachers are experiencing substantial psychological and physiological strain due to their work demands.
- Quality of Work Life (QWL): A very high level suggests that, despite facing considerable adversity and stress, teachers perceive their overall work experience as positive, fulfilling, and satisfactory. This could indicate strong coping mechanisms (like their high anger management skills), resilience, or other positive aspects of their work environment that contribute to a high QWL even amidst demanding conditions.
