You are the president of the debating society. Write a dialogue between you and the Headmaster regarding the upcoming debate.

Here is the continuation of the talk between you, as the president of the debating society, and the Headmaster:

P: ...The agreed topic for the debate is "Technology has done more harm than good to society." Our team will be arguing for the motion, and St. Andrew's will oppose. We've secured Mr. John Mwangi, a renowned English lecturer from the local university, to be our chief judge, alongside two of our senior English teachers.
HM: An excellent choice for a topic, and Mr. Mwangi is indeed a respected figure. What about other logistics?
P: For refreshments, we've planned a light tea and snacks for both teams, judges, and staff, to be served after the debate. The school's sound system will be set up in the hall, and our prefects will manage seating and ushering. We believe all essential arrangements are in place, Headmaster. We now seek your formal approval for the event to proceed as planned. Additionally, we would greatly appreciate your assistance with two matters: firstly, a small allocation from the school's activities fund to cover the cost of refreshments and a token of appreciation for Mr. Mwangi. Secondly, your esteemed presence at the debate would be a tremendous encouragement to all participants.
HM: I commend your thoroughness, [President's Name]. You have my full approval for the debate. I will instruct the bursar to release the necessary funds for refreshments and the judge's token. And yes, I will certainly make every effort to attend and support our students. This is an important event for fostering intellectual growth and inter-school relations.
P: Thank you immensely, Headmaster. Your support means a great deal to the debating society. We will ensure the event is a success.
HM: I have no doubt you will. Keep me updated if any unforeseen issues arise.
