Differentiate between Natural Disaster and National Disaster.

here's the differentiation:

1.1. Differentiate between the following concepts:

• 1.1.1. Natural disaster: A natural disaster is a major adverse event resulting from natural processes of the Earth, such as floods, earthquakes, droughts, or wildfires. Its origin is purely environmental.
• 1.1.2. National Disaster: A National Disaster refers to a disaster, regardless of its origin (natural or human-made), whose scale and impact are so severe that it overwhelms local and provincial resources, necessitating a coordinated response and declaration by the national government. The key difference lies in the scale of impact and the level of governmental response required, rather than solely its natural origin.
